Return Eligibility

Zero Restriction will gladly accept returns of any non custom-embroidered for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Original condition required
  • Direct purchases exclusively

Processing Fee

All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Flat $10 fee per return
  • Automatically deducted from refund
  • Covers processing and handling
  • Applied to all return requests

Geographic Restrictions

Zero Restriction cannot accept any returns or exchanges on international orders, including orders to Canada.

  • US domestic orders only
  • Canada explicitly excluded
  • No international returns accepted
  • Policy applies to all regions
