Returns & Replacements
Returns from Retail Partners for decorated merchandise can be accepted for defective merchandise only via approved return authorization number.
Return requests must be received within 10 days of merchandise receipt.
Exchanges for different styles, colors or sizes will not be accepted.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-926-8010 to request RA for defective units.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s),
and the credit should appear on your next statement.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
We will process your return within 48 hours of receipt.
